Rapat Rutin PCM Ponjong yang biasanya dilaksanakan semingguan sebelum Pengajian Anggoro Kasih, ini terpaksa diajukan 2 Minggu lebih cepat.

Hal ini dikarenakan PCM Ponjong ada agenda agenda yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih termasuk dalam Rangka PCM Ponjong yang ikut serta dalam PCM Expo Se Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dan untuk Kabupaten Gunungkidul ini, di wakili oleh Empat PCM yaitu PCM Semin, PCM Ponjong, PCM Playen dan PCM Nglipar.

Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, PCM Ponjong mengadakan Rapat di Rumah Bapak Arif Munandar, Pati, Genjahan, Ponjong.
