Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Takmiliyah Muhammadiyah Sabilul Huda akahirnya resmi di Buka oleh Ketua Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah  Dr.H. AGUS TAUFIQURRAHMAN, Sp.S, M.Kes.

MADIN Muhammadiyah Sabilul Huda yang bertempat di Dusun Kuwon, Ponjong, Ponjong, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Saat ini MADIN Muhammadiyah Sabilul Huda ini menempati satu Gedung denganSD Muhammadiyah Kuwon.

Kegiatan MADIN Muhammadiyah ini berlangsung Empat Hari setiap Minggunya, dimana Pembelajaran berlangsung setiap hari Kamis, Jum’at, Sabtu dan Minggu. Pembelajaran di Mulai setiap Pukul 15:00 (Siswa Sholat Ashar di Masjid Al Huda) hingga selesai.

Tenaga Pendidik dari MADIN Muhammadiyah ini diambilkan dari Ustadz di Sekitar Ponjong. Tercatat mulai dari Drs. H. Faizuz Syabani, H. Mahmud Ali, Drs. Istikhanan, Usman Musiyanto, Surahman, Sugimin dan masih banyak lagi yang total ada sejulah 12 Guru Pendidik terlibat di MADIN Muhammadiyah ini.
